Obituary for Mary Yantha (Coulas)
Mary Yantha passed away suddenly, but peacefully, at Valley Manor on Monday, April 9, 2018. Mary was 96. She was one of 10 children to the late Vincent and Annie Coulas born in Wilno. Mary was the beloved wife, for 62 years, of the late Walter Yantha. She was pre-deceased by her son Patrick.
Left to mourn her passing, and to cherish her memory, are sons, Ernie (Peggy), Brian and daughters Gladys (Allan - deceased), Phyliss, and her daughter-in-law Debbie Yantha. She will be fondly remembered by surviving sisters, Agnes Chippior, Betty DeBaie and by her loving grandchildren and her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Also Predeceased by her brothers, Nicholas, Ben, Bronis, and Edward and sisters, Florence Murack, Helen Smaglinskie and Theresa Wagner.
Mary loved gardening and her flowers were always delightful. Her special Sunday and holiday dinners, always prepared with love, and her home baking, were always something to look forward to.

Visitation will be held at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Killaloe on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 7-9pm and Saturday morning after 9:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Wilno. Spring internment parish cemetery. Those desiring may make donations in memory of Mary to St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation or St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Wilno.
