Lester William Felhaber, born August 16, 1937 passed away peacefully at the Bonnechere Manor in Renfrew, on Sunday, March 10, 2019. Beloved brother of the late Ellard, Mabel, Melvin, Garnet & Helen, and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He will rest peacefully after struggling for many years with the challenges of failing health and limitations related to the disabilities with which he was born. Throughout his life, Lester enjoyed being amongst family, lively music, being outdoors, listening to bingo on the radio and playing with many unique metal objects of which he enjoyed the sound and feel. He took a favourite piece of heavy chain with him everywhere. Lester was not forgotten, but was absent from typical family interactions for many years. Once the unifying force that was our Mother began experiencing her own health challenges it was difficult for Lester to remain in his family home. He found his "new Family" in the care facilities that he would begin to recognize as home. For the past several years Lester has been in the care of his Bonnechere Manor and Community Care families. At the age of 81 and with declining health, monitored by his care providers his body and will gave in to stronger forces.
God Bless & Rest in Peace
Your Loving Family
